Fuego provides live-streaming support for conferences, panel discussions, Q&A sessions, corporate webcasts, award ceremonies and other organised events. The production setup is matched to the venue, audience and programme, including the required cameras, sound, graphics, remote contributors, streaming destinations and recording requirements.
An event can be delivered to suitable public, private or embedded streaming destinations, depending on the client’s audience and access requirements. The correct platform should be agreed after considering viewer numbers, privacy, branding, moderation, recording, geographic access and the organisation’s existing channels. Platform capabilities and account permissions must be confirmed before the event.
Yes, subject to the access controls available on the selected platform or event solution. Private streaming may use authenticated access, restricted links, registration or an embedded player. Because no access method is identical, Fuego defines the audience, privacy expectations and viewer journey before recommending the delivery setup.
Reliable live streaming requires a stable dedicated connection with sufficient upload capacity and an appropriate backup plan. Advertised venue speed alone is not enough; the connection should be tested under event conditions. Fuego assesses the venue, stream quality, redundancy requirements and available networks before confirming the technical setup.
Yes. Remote speakers can be incorporated into a live programme when the contribution workflow, connectivity and audio setup are planned in advance. A rehearsal is strongly recommended to verify devices, framing, sound, presentation sharing and handovers. The production plan should also cover what happens if a remote connection fails during the event.
Recording can be included in the production scope. The required format, resolution and delivery method should be agreed beforehand, together with any editing, captions, chaptering or highlight clips. Client permissions for speakers, presentations, music and audience appearances remain important whether the event is live, recorded or republished later.
Book as early as possible for multi-camera events, complex venues, remote speakers or restricted dates. Lead time allows for a site survey, platform access, graphics, run-of-show planning and rehearsal. A smaller webcast may need less preparation, but every live event benefits from testing because problems cannot be edited out after broadcast.
